Notes: Quinn's sister was placed in the care of Foster parents after he was sent to prison. She migrated West (the other way Speed) and ended up in California. She worked a number of odd jobs until she met Sean XXX, a getter for a drug dealer. The Justifiers had tracked her down, at Quinn's request, only to have her kidnapped by persons unknown. They demanded $ 250,000 for her return, but it's obvious that this will result in a major street sweeping.
