Personality:

Tora is totally dedicated to being a hero. She is driven to

protect the weak and uphold the good. She is honest and honorable, and

she despises that which is not. Tora is also very pleased with the way

that she looks. She loves getting attention from men and immodestly

agrees with anyone complementing her exotic beauty. She also feels very

patriotic, seeing it as her duty to be a superhero and protect "truth,

justice and the American way!" Tora, being relatively inexperienced with her powers, doesn't realize just how powerful she is. This causes her to evaluate opponents as being more powerful, compared to her, than they actually are. She usually feels she is outmatched in combat and uses her largest attacks, fearing anything less will not affect the villain at all. She also believes the villains she faces are trying to outright kill her.

Appearance:

Tora is 6'6" tall with glowing golden tan skin, bushy, spiky,

platinum blonde hair that flows to her lower back, very long legs, very

large deep violet eyes with cat-like pupils, long pointy elf-like ears,

and very large, um, eyes! ^_^; She also glows, all the time. She is her

own night light! ^O^ Tora also has no body hair. She has eyebrows,

eyelashes, and hair on top of her head, but nowhere else.

Costume:

Tora's costume is like a one-piece bathing suit with shoulder

pads. It also has boots that come up to the knee and finger-less,

gauntlet type gloves that come up to the elbow. The colors are basically red, white, and blue.

Origin:

Tora was born on July 4, 1975. With her distinctive features,

she was obviously "different" from the beginning. Tora was taken to

"special" doctors and put in private schools where her "condition" could be dealt with. Since she was obviously some sort of mutant, she became interested in paranormals, superheroes, and everything associated with them. She hoped her abilities would be powerful enough for her to become a superhero some day. In the fall of her 17th year, her wish came true. Her energy powers emerged and, with her parent's blessing, she became a superhero.

History:

Tora decided to start off small in her career as a superhero.

She helped people that were in trouble. Burning buildings, car crashes,

even kittens in trees, she was there. She helped many people, and the

media loved her. She got a great deal of press coverage and earned a

reputation as a protector of innocents and an almost comic book-like
